Bollinger Rosé is a champagne made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier.
It is produced by the champagne house Bollinger, one of the most prestigious champagne houses in the world, which was founded in the 19th century.
Bollinger Rosé is a champagne made from 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, and 14% Meunier grapes. The main component of Bollinger Rosé champagne is the Spécial Cuvée, to which between 5% and 6% of red wine is added, made exclusively from grapes from Bollinger's Grands Crus vineyard.
This champagne ferments in French oak barrels previously used for Chardonnay. It is made from reserve wines from great vintages to which Pinot Noir is added.
It has an aging period of 36 months in the cellars.
Bollinger Rosé is ideal for accompanying appetizers, salmon, and Asian cuisine.
