Henriot Brut Souverain is a symbol of the careful and elegant style of Henriot wines. The Brut Souverain seduces with a nose with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits, and a balanced and harmonious palate.
Following the traditional method. More than 25 cru wines from the best terroirs of the Cotes des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims make up the blend, together with 30% reserve wines. The blend also contains a small amount of the house's prestigious Cuve 38 champagne.
Appearance: Bright straw gold colour with delicate bubbles.
Nose: Lively, dominated by citrus and white flower aromas and delicious notes of brioche, lightly toasted bread and toasted almonds.
Palate: Well balanced and harmonious. The brioche flavours anticipated on the nose are present, along with notes of crisp cherries and white peach. Clean, fresh finish of freshly picked walnuts.
