Temporarily out of stock
At Finca Legardeta in Chivite, located in the Navarra D.O., this grape achieves a difficult balance to achieve: wines with body, a focus on fruit, moderate alcohol content, and a refreshing acidity that invites you to keep drinking. Garnacha is a variety with great versatility, capable of producing wines with very different profiles depending on their origin and production method.
Appearance: Intense cherry color with violet hues, clean and bright.
Nose: Fresh and expressive aromas, where ripe red fruits stand out accompanied by subtle floral notes and a spicy background from aging.
Palate: Wide and balanced entry, with fine and round tannins. The fruit takes the spotlight again, supported by lively acidity that brings freshness and a persistent and harmonious finish.
Manual harvest in small containers of 200 kg to preserve the integrity of the grapes. In the winery, the grapes are carefully selected and gravity-fed into 20,000 kg stainless steel tanks, where they ferment at a controlled temperature. Gentle manual punch-downs are done during fermentation for delicate extraction. After this process, the wine is gravity-transferred to French oak barrels, where it ages for about 12 months.
Perfect with white meats, roast lamb, light stews, sautéed mushrooms, and semi-cured cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14-16 ºC
Contains sulfites
