CHOCOLATE VANILLE CAKE, an explosion of flavor for the most exquisite palates, with authentic chocolate taste. Our cake is made up of two layers of super moist chocolate sponge separated by a thin layer of artisanal forest fruits jam made in our workshop (with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and red currants); covered with a delicious truffle made from 70% dark Valrhona chocolate. To finish, we glaze it with the classic sacher glaze (chocolate, water, and sugar). Like the rest of the creations from this artisan bakery, this cake only contains natural ingredients, without additives, just like its name suggests.
