The Vino CIPMA II Marisol Rubio Fermented in Barrel is a dry white wine fermented and aged in barrel, made with 100% Pedro Ximénez grape variety. Fermentation in new oak barrels from the forests of Missouri. Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels with weekly battonage.
Single varietal. Dry white wine made with 100% PX grapes grown in Toledo. During the 2019 season, the fruit successfully overcame significant weather adversities, as well as the challenges of an extreme climate and a limestone soil. A unique and pioneering product in Spain. Limited edition, numbered on the cork.
