It is the fruit of the Vaccinium macrocarpon plant. The components of these fruits are water, fructose, organic acids, vitamin C, flavonoids, phenolic structure compounds such as anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins (PACs), catechins... Cranberry has been widely studied for its positive effect on the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections. The mechanism of action of cranberry is to inhibit the adherence of pathogenic bacteria to the surface of the urothelium by the action of its proanthocyanidins (PACs), which inhibit the adhesion of Escherichia coli to the urothelium and prevent the formation of bacterial biofilm. This has dire consequences for the invading bacteria, since without adhesion of bacteria to the epithelium there can be no infection, no proliferation of microorganisms, no formation of biofilm, so that the bacteria will be dragged out with each urination.

How to use:

Take 1 capsule in the morning with water. Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule.
