Condado de Haza Crianza is made from tempranillo and shows the typical signs of identity of the wines from the Group, it is friendly, balanced, and has a great relationship between fruit and wood.
The Winery became independent from Pesquera in 1993, with Alejandro Fernández indicating that it is his Chateau within the Group.
Condado de Haza Crianza is a single variety of Tempranillo from the 200 hectares that the winery has of excellent vines of this variety. The vineyards are located between 750 and 850 meters above sea level.
As for the aging process, Condado de Haza Crianza remains in American oak barrels for 15 months. Finally, it spends 6 months in the bottle before being marketed.
Condado de Haza Crianza is ideal to accompany roasted lamb and suckling pig, grilled chops, semi-cured cheeses, and roasted oven-baked poultry.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 15 and 17ºC.
