Preparación lenta (15 min): Abrir la bolsa, verter el codillo con todo su jugo y gelatina en una cacerola y cubrir con agua. Poner a fuego fuerte. Cuando el agua hierva, dejar 3 min mas y apagar fuego. Tapar dejando reposar 5 min y servir..
Preparación rápida (5 min): En bandeja apta para microondas, poner al centro un vaso con agua y alrededor, desmigar el codillo (sin el hueso) con todo su jugo y gelatina. Meter en el micro, programar 4 min a máxima potencia y servir.
