Ageing: for 4 months in French oak barrels.




Tasting notes: Deep ruby red colour. It is intense on the nose with an aromatic profile of spices such as thyme, paprika or clove and of course with all the red fruit of a 100% Garnacha. It is tasty and intense on the palate with sensations of raspberries and cinnamon.


It goes very well with sausage, spicy dishes such as a chicken curry or sweet and sour pork.
Serving temperature: 15-16ºC
