The Solo Red Wine Tirio Syrah is elegant, harmonious and balanced. It belongs to Bodegas Aragonesas and with Designation of Origin Campo de Borja.
It is created with a traditional method of fermenting at less than 25 ° C and with a maceration over 8-10 days in stainless steel tanks. It is made from grapes selected from vineyards about 20 years old with limestone and ferrous clay soils, with a perfect adaptation to the climate and soil of the area.
The Vino Tinto Solo Tirio Syrah is made by the semi carbonic maceration method on part of the grapes. When the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the grapes are bled and pressed. Then, after malolactic fermentation, a short aging in French oak barrels of a third of the wine.
Graduación 14% Vol. It is served at 16 º C.
