Dalamára Thoos is a white wine produced by Domaine Dalámara from Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Roditis grapes in Naoussa, Greece.
Greek family winery founded in 1840, located in the wine region of Naoussa, famous for the production of the indigenous Greek variety of Xinomavro. Nowadays they are certified for organic cultivation and also apply biodynamic procedures. Since 2011, Konstantinos Dalamaras, a sixth generation winemaker, has taken over the management of the production.
It is a small, traditional boutique winery that produces just 40,000 bottles a year, with great respect for the variety and the terroir.
Colour: pale yellow with greenish glints.
Aroma: fragrances of pineapple and quince.
Taste: refreshing, with earthy nuances derived from the minerality of the soil, it exhibits a vibrant and nervous energy; in the aftertaste, fruity notes are also appreciated, with subtle fresh hints of aromatic herbs.
