Cafetalito has developed a unique process, using the pure and clear water from the beautiful mountains of Guatemala. In the decaffeination process, green coffee beans are immersed in water with the aim of extracting the caffeine.
The water contains the soluble components of the coffee beans which retain the flavor elements, so during the caffeine extraction, the beans retain their original components. To separate the caffeine, which is used again in the extraction process. As a result of this process, we obtain coffee beans that are 99.9% caffeine-free.
