Dried mushrooms for cooking in many ways at home as if they were fresh. You just have to add the mushrooms to a container with water the night before and enjoy all their flavor. We combine pink, yellow, gray, shiitake mushrooms, etc. All our selection of mushrooms grown on olive leaves.

ARTISAN PRODUCTION
Mushrooms from a sustainable and circular cultivation. Grown on olive leaves and hand-selected in an artisanal way. Dehydrated at low temperature to preserve all their vitamins.
REHYDRATION METHOD:
Add the 100g (or desired amount) in 1 liter of warm water for 12 hours (the day before) to rehydrate.
When ready to cook the mushrooms. Drain the excess water and finely chop. Cook to taste.
If preferred, dehydrated mushrooms can be crushed to cook directly without the need to rehydrate the day before.
The excess water can be used as a broth in any other recipe because it contains a large amount of aromas.
COOKING
Pink mushrooms pair well with rice or pasta. They can also be used to fill lasagnas, cannelloni, or even meat rolls. With fish, they make an excellent side dish along with other vegetables.
