Storage and pairing
Arbequina EVOO is recommended for making homemade mayonnaise, marinating fish, making light creams, gazpachos, sautés, grilling, and cold soups. Thanks to its mild flavor, it is perfect for salads, breakfasts, raw or pastry.
Oil with intense green fruity, a juice that has a slightly bitter and spicy taste in the mouth. At the olfactory level, it provides aromas of grass, almond, and apple, with light notes of tomato and artichoke.
