Sand is omnipresent in the soil of the Landes. "Les Pieds dans le Sable" combines two distinct terroirs: the Fauves Sands in the east and the Ocean Sands in the west. A unique blend for fresh and fruity wines, marked by a subtle salinity. Les Pieds dans le Sable Blanc is fresh and balanced. On the nose, citrus aromas are present, mandarin, grapefruit. The aromatic intensity is light and then opens up with aeration to reveal exotic fruits - Victoria pineapple and orchard fruits - mirabelle. On the palate, the attack is lively and ample with rising acidity that balances out until the finish on white-fleshed fruits and brings a hint of salinity.
