The vineyards are half a century old and the wine is made according to organic principles. The fermentation process, which lasts 8-10 weeks, is carried out in barrels that are between 1 and 5 years old, keeping the temperature controlled between 18 and 20°C. The wine then matures for 11 months in contact with its own lees, undergoes malolactic fermentation and undergoes stirring and racking before bottling.
It has a greenish-yellow hue of medium intensity, with fragrances evoking the presence of apples, citrus fruits, herbs and stone fruit notes. On the palate, it stands out for its focus and a long, concentrated aftertaste.
