Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan selected from the oldest and highest quality plots of the estate, planted on Gneiss, the grapes were harvested at maturity after being sorted in the vineyard. The classic blend of the three grape varieties (as before) gives great authenticity to this wine. It is a characterful and warm wine that will warm the hearts. Fresh and spicy on the nose, generous and complex on the palate. A wine that should be paired with a good meat or a saucy dish. Don't hesitate to open it a little before serving.
