Dominio de Tares P3 is a red wine of the appellation of Origin Bierzo from the region of Castilla y León elaborated by Dominio de Tares.
It is a wine from the vine of San Carlos with pre-filoxéricas strains without grafting of 110 years of age. Hand harvested cluster to cluster, fermented in Roto-fermentores of 600 L with its own natural yeast and bred for 16 months in new French oak barrels with 24 months extra bottle.
Dominio de Tares P3 is a wine of intense garnet color, nose of red fruits and candied blacks, plum, licorice, tobacco leaf and toasted almond. Mouth strong, polished and warm.
