Aged in oxidative aging for 12 years at La Campana Winery in Jerez de la Frontera. Bottle size: 75 cl

Dark bronze color with a marked golden rim. Intense aromas of nuts and smoked woods, with spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, it recalls walnuts and dark chocolate. Long and intense finish perfectly balanced with a slight acidity.

Serve at 13 – 14ºC. Perfect with aged cheeses or red meats. Goes very well with dishes like oxtail, Iberian pork cheek, or grilled red tuna.
