Aged for at least 25 years in American oak casks, after an exhaustive harvest and sun-ripening of the grapes, this wine, almost immortal, is dense and persistent on the palate.
Dark mahogany colour with iodised rim.
Balsamic nose with pronounced notes of carob pods, pickles, black liquorice and prunes.
The palate is persistent roasted, with hints of caramel and honey. Elegant and long on the palate, with a retronasal effect where the prunes appear again as well as its complexity in toasted fruits.
