Producer: Albertengo (Italy) The Easter dove is an Italian butter brioche, made with natural sourdough and candied orange peels. To be enjoyed at breakfast, for a snack, or at the end of a meal. The dove is traditionally given at Easter as a symbol of peace and renewal. This dove is sold in a cellophane packaging and in a 500 gr format.
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange peel 24% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, inverted sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavors. For the glaze: sugar, egg white, Piedmont hazelnuts, almonds, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts and soy. Keep in a dry place.
