Caire Rosé is a rosé wine made from Monastrell grapes, traditionally trained in goblet. The bunches are destemmed and undergo a 3-hour maceration at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Later, the must is separated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 19ºC, remaining in contact with its fine lees until bottling. Not aged.
Intense pink colour. It shows pleasant aromas of raspberry, strawberry and violets. In the mouth it is powerful and powerful, with good acidity. Long and complex finish.
