Cachaça Capucanaes a Cachaça Super Premium made from the meticulous selective mix of sugar cane collected in three farms with different terroirs that are zealously CONTROLLED by Advanced GPS Systems. In addition, Capucana is carefully distilled and, finally, aged in ex-bourbon casks that passed through the magical island of Islay in Scotland.
Cachaça Capucana is pale straw yellow with white gold edging and a thin and light fall tear. The clean and shiny aspect characterises the appearance of this spirit.
On the nose it has a medium-high aromatic intensity, with a first sample of fruity notes from sugar cane, reminiscent of pear, ripe plantain and light memories of honey. In the second instance there is a souvenir of cereals that give way to the subtle aromas coming from the cask, with memories of sandalwood and soft spices.
In the mouth is wide entrance, silky taste and soft with an average alcoholic feel creates a pleasant feeling tasty. Very good acidity in balance with sweet notes.
