Made with meat from their own livestock in the old-fashioned way, with pork meat, bull meat, pork belly, paprika, garlic, and salt. Vacuum packed without preservatives or colorants. They are homemade chorizos so their shape is not perfect. They have an irregular shape, no two chorizos are the same. For example, there may be a package of 4 large chorizos and another one with 5 smaller chorizos. Limited production, exclusive product. Store between 0º and 5ºC. Gluten-free.
