Pepe Mendoza Casa Agrícola Viña El Veneno comes from a plot at the foot of the mountain in the interior of the province of Alicante (Villena). A vineyard in sandy loam soil that withstands many hours of sun and scarce rainfall. Typical dry weather conditions that allow to preserve and enhance all the qualities of these native varieties. Once the fruit is at its optimal point, it is handpicked and transported in 10 kg boxes. In the winery, a gentle pressing of the grapes is carried out and it ferments in small 1,000 kg tanks with its own yeasts.
