Los Bermejos Diego Seco is an esteemed organic white wine from the D.O. Lanzarote, made from the native Diego variety, also known as Vijariego Blanco. Produced by Bodegas Los Bermejos, one of the most representative families of Lanzarote since their resurgence in 2001. The secret of this wine lies in utilizing the unique soil and climate conditions of the island, especially in the volcanic sands of La Geria, where the plants grow in holes, known as picones, to maintain moisture and protect them from the wind. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures, maximizing the wine's aromas.
