Enate Rosado 2021 is a wine with the soul of a white wine and the body of a red wine that has been designed to play and win, according to the impressions of the winemaker himself.
Founded in 1991, Enate bases its philosophy on three basic pillars: the production of quality wines, respect for the environment, and a significant connection with contemporary art.
Enate Rosado 2021 has been made with grapes harvested in perfect sanitary condition and optimal ripeness, which are kept in maceration with the skins until bleeding of the pink must. Once the solid residues have been eliminated by static clarification at 8ºC, the clean must undergoes fermentation under the action of selected yeasts of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genus in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
After fermentation, the wine is clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5ºC to eliminate the excess of potassium bitartrate.
Enate Rosado is ideal for accompanying pasta, rice, poultry in redcurrant sauce, and soufflés.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature of about 10ºC.
