The Asahikawa Distillery proudly distills this unique gin on the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan.
The main botanical products (green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root) are macerated for more than 24 hours in neutral distilled cane alcohol thanks to a copper still with a gooseneck at 83% alcohol volume.
