The Whole Piquillo Pepper D.O.P. Lodosa from La Catedral de Navarra is an Extra quality product, made only with Piquillo peppers, salt, and citric acid as acidulant. With its characteristic intense red color, typical aroma, and firm texture, it retains all the flavor and properties of the authentic Lodosa pepper.
This product, packaged in a 230 g net (205 g drained) glass jar, can be consumed directly, without prior cooking, making it ideal for salads, fillings, or as a garnish.
