This extra artisanal pear and walnut jam is made by our friends at Au temps d'Eugénie, following a recipe book from the 19th century. Specializing for many years in the traditional production of gastronomic products such as jams, preserves, and nectars, their products are only made with high-quality ingredients!
The jams are prepared in copper pots and stirred with a wooden spoon. It is a "grandmother's" method without any preservatives or coloring. At the end of cooking, walnut kernels from our own farm are added.
