The age of our olive trees gives us a consistent and tasty fruit, nothing like other arbequinos.
In tasting it is aromatic, sweet, and has a soft flavor (little bitterness and spiciness), intense fruity flavor and aroma. Ideal for customers who prefer less intensity.
It is very unstable, therefore, we recommend consuming it quickly within a year as it spoils easily.
The Extra Virgin Olive Oil from ACEITERA LA MARIA is a traditionally made oil. Obtained from olives from the southern Cordovan countryside region of Monturque and Montilla, traditionally cultivated and through a cold first extraction process. With an acidity level below 0.2%, which gives it a high concentration of polyphenols, oleic acid, and natural antioxidants, which produce great health benefits.
You can use it in stews and frying, as well as raw, on toast, salads, sauces, etc.
