Our product, Oro Virgen Extra, is an extra virgin olive oil of the Picual variety, which stands out for its maximum quality. It comes from a careful selection of olives harvested during the months of November and December, at the optimal ripening point known as envero. We use a low-temperature extraction method to guarantee the preservation of all the natural qualities of the oil, allowing us to obtain an exceptional olive juice.
This oil presents a fruity flavor with a slight bitterness and balanced spiciness, which gives it an unparalleled taste. Additionally, it is rich in natural antioxidants such as vitamin E and phenolic compounds, making it a particularly beneficial option for health.
