Extra Virgin Olive Oil 'La Chinata' is a product of supreme quality, made from carefully selected olives in the Sierra de Gata region, Cáceres. This oil is distinguished by its intense yellow color with green traces, its sweet and flat taste, and a dense aroma of ripe fruit. Thanks to its high content of fatty acids, it is considered one of the best olive oils in Spain. This oil is obtained from Manzanilla Cacereña olives which, due to their small size, are not intended for direct consumption but retain all their virtues. Ideal to enjoy raw or in your favorite recipes.
