Semi-sweet white wine from Malvasia grapes made in horizontal press with carbonic snow and maximum aromatic extraction. Pre-fermentation for 3 days until the start of fermentation and cooling in a chamber at 3-5º.

WINE TASTING SHEET:

At first sight it has a bright, straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. Aromas reminiscent of peach jam, fruit in syrup such as pear or apple, quince and almond blossom. In the mouth it is discovered that it is a completely natural semi-sweet wine, not tired or cloying, has a good acidity with a very nice bitter finish.
