Production and Aging

Finca La Estacada is a single-variety Tempranillo grape. Traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8 days, followed by a maceration of about 20 days. After this process, the wine is directly racked into barrels.

Finca La Estacada then undergoes 6 months of aging in American and French oak barrels, and an additional 2 months in the bottle to further round out its flavor.
