Fine Innocent is a generous wine of the denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry elaborated by Bodegas Valdespino.
Elaborated in the most traditional way following the system of Criaderas and Solera. The must, from grapes from our vineyards in the famous Pago Macharnudo, is fermented in American oak casks and later bred under a flower veil for more than ocho years.
Fine innocent is pale straw-colored. Very delicate and sharp Aroma, with clear notes of biological ageing.
In the mouth it is light to enter, opening with amplitude and freshness and leaving a pleasant persistence.
