Dominio de Pingus is one of the legendary wineries in the Ribera del Duero, where one of the most sought-after wines in our country is produced in a project led by the restless winemaker Peter Sisseck.
Flor de Pingus is a red wine from the Dominio de Pingus winery located 30 kilometers from Roa, in the province of Burgos. The destemming is done manually, removing the ripest grapes from each cluster.
It undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and then ages for 18 months in second-year French barrels.
Flor de Pingus is ideal to accompany roasted pork, roasts, big game, aged cheeses, acorn-fed Iberian ham, and beef. Serve at 16 ºC. Decanting before consumption is recommended.
