In the lyophilization process, coffee is subjected to ultra freezing. Then, it is introduced into a chamber that dehydrates it directly, allowing the coffee to retain all its organoleptic properties intact. It dissolves easily in both cold and hot water or milk. It can be easily mixed with other products to make more complex drinks (cappuccinos, mochas, or coffees with more or less milk). Preparation: Dissolve in water or milk and stir well, one or two teaspoons per cup.
