Appellation of origin
Borja
Varieties: 65% Garnacha and 35% Syrah.
Tasting notes:
Its colour is similar to that of ripe morello cherries. A good layer, allows us to sense at first glance that this is a well-structured wine. In the nose highlights the tones of red fruit and Mediterranean scrub typical of Grenache.
The presence of Syrah is evident by the tones of jam. In the mouth it is a silky wine. Easy to understand and enjoy.
Serving temperature and food pairing:
We suggest serving at a temperature of 14º C, as an accompaniment to appetizers and red meats.
