Our rosemary honey is carefully harvested between April and May in the Maestrazgo region (Teruel), in an area designated as a Special Protection Area (SPA) by the European Union, ensuring the purity and quality of our products. It grows at an altitude of 700 to 1000 meters, affecting its characteristic flavor. This honey has a light, smooth flavor, sometimes with slight acidic notes, and its light amber color, almost transparent yellow, turns white when crystallized. Perfect for sweetening infusions, yogurts, or enjoying directly by the spoonful.
