Production
Broker's Gin is obtained through traditional batch distillation, using a copper still manufactured by John Dore & Co. The botanicals used include juniper, orange and lemon peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica root, and orris root.
Tasting Note of Broker's Gin
Appearance: Broker's Gin has a crystal-clear color with steel-gray edges.
Nose: Juniper, orange and lemon peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, angelica root, and orris root.
Palate: It is dry and very smooth on the palate, with notes of citrus, juniper, and a slight hint of coriander spice.
