The City of London Gin is a Premium gin, London Dry type. Obtained by traditional batch distillation, with a single still. The botanicals used are the classics of a London Dry, although the manufacturer does not disclose them. The product obtained is clean and bright, smooth on the palate, with good harmonization between alcohol and botanicals, in both graduations, and aroma and flavor, citrus and fruity, dry and long finish.
