Tasting Note
An exuberant aroma more characteristic of a perfume, very complex. The floral notes of white roses blend with notes of tropical fruits, lychee, peach, and green apple, with a spicy background. Muscatel nuances, notes of honey and caramel, will appear over time as the wine evolves in the bottle. On the palate, it is dry and fresh, with a lot of volume and a creamy sensation. An extraordinarily intense, tasty, and long-lasting wine.
Vintage Characteristics
A dry year with a total annual rainfall of 364 L, which determines a harvest with low yields, good ripening, and extraordinary concentration.
Temperatures in the summer were hot, with heat waves at the beginning of summer that initially accelerated the vine cycle. A second half of August and a month of September with milder temperatures, as well as frequent rainfall, allowed the cycle to be extended, with a slow ripening that resulted in grapes with good acidity levels, and a better and more balanced phenolic ripeness.
