Continuing with the good work of our classic GinBear (bear in English), its "STRAWBERRY" version is born. And what makes it special? First of all, it uses fresh Aranjuez strawberries, a detail that sets it apart from others that use industrial essences or strawberry purees. The rest of the ingredients are fresh, except for the spices. The long macerations of 10 days are another unmistakable hallmark of Alambique de Santa Marta. Finally, it is distilled slowly and making the cuts in the style of the best Cognac masters. The result is an aromatic and concentrated alcohol, carefully stored in stainless steel tanks for a month and a half. Before bottling, it is diluted with water, filtered, and ready. The aromatic concentrate is bottled whole. In total, each bottle of GinBear Strawberry takes almost two months to make. And beware, no sugar is added, nor any coloring because a gin distilled in a copper still, like ours, always comes out transparent.
