Gin Raw is a 'gastronomic gin' made in Barcelona using a combination of traditional methods and the latest techniques from haute cuisine. With the desire to create a gin that is in line with the gastronomic level of the City of Barcelona, this gin uses a revolutionary cold infusion method called Rotaval, which allows fresh botanicals such as citron, bay leaf, and kaffir lime to retain all their essence.

The result is a delicate and perfumed gin with a deep fragrance of citrus, flowers, and fresh herbs, and a smooth palate where light spicy, salty, and smoky notes appear.

We fill a previously chilled wide glass with ice, add GINRAW, twist a lime to extract the essential oils, and discard the peel.

We top it off with tonic water, being careful to preserve the carbonation. We finish with an apple slice and rim the edge of the glass with ginger.
