This gin has a citrus orientation, with pink grapefruit peel, lime, and lemongrass. It is a smooth and tasty citrus gin, but to achieve more depth, more flavor, more complexity, on the slopes of the Himalayas, on the Nepalese side, they introduce a pepper that changes the gin, the timut pepper which has hints of grapefruit, passion fruit, and jasmine. According to Benoît, Tom, and Pieter-Jan, the timut pepper was perfect for the gin, as two other peppers are added, resulting in a gin with 12 botanicals.
