Taking inspiration from his many visits to Tokyo, where he immersed himself in memories, emotions and flavors, Dr. Bill has created a limited edition that stands out for its remarkable contrasts. He carefully blended Glenmorangie partially aged in Japanese Mizunara oak casks with whisky that had matured in sherry and bourbon casks. This process resulted in a truly unique limited edition that retains the distinctive essence of Glenmorangie.

The whisky combines notes of pepper, sour cherries and a pleasant orange scent with hints of incense and sweet oak. In addition, in collaboration with renowned Japanese artist Yamaguchi Akira, the whisky is brought to life visually, intriguingly capturing the contrasts and deep layers of the city's history and culture in its stunning artwork and exterior bottle design.

Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo Tasting Notes

Aroma: Intensely herbaceous, with hints of caramel contrasting with the presence of incense and a touch of saddle soap aroma, followed by a resinous note and the subtlety of cedar wood.Flavor: A spice-filled palate experience that gives way to spicy orange and sour cherry notes, accompanied by fennel and a hint of oak that can be chewed.

Finish: A long and gently nutty finish, with flashes of almond, tangerine, ground white pepper and more wood resin notes.
