TASTING NOTES:
Medium ruby red color, with russet rim in the thin layer. High aromatic intensity with very complex aromas typical of a long aging in wood: coffee, chocolate, figs steps, snuff..... In the mouth it is a very polished wine, round, with a very easy passage through the mouth, and a persistent aftertaste. In retronasal, liquorice and chocolate appear. This wine remains between 12 and 18 months in American oak barrels. It then rests between 18 and 24 months in the bottle
