Tasting Notes
Serve Gran Bierzo Rosado Mencía at 13 degrees. Opaque amber color. Very intensely complex nose with notes of white flowers and stone fruits. Good balance on the palate, gourmand and ample entry with an intense acidity that brings freshness, a slightly dry finish. Good length and persistence.
