Sardine tails grilled in olive oil 150g Gueyumar

Sardine tails from Asturias and Rias Baixas are cut by hand, roasted with oak wood and preserved in Torre Canena's extra virgin olive oil Arbequino, a high quality and mild oil that does not detract from the sardine.
